Online application

After submitting your online application, you receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your application has been successfully received.

Review of your application

Our HR team will carefully review your application to ensure it meets the qualifications and requirements for the position. Please be patient, as this process might take a couple of weeks. If your application matches what we're looking for, we will reach out to you with the next steps. 

Initial Interview with HR

The initial virtual interview you will meet with a member of our HR team. The short, 30-minute conversation focuses on understanding your interest in the role, availability, salary expectations, and basic qualifications.

Hiring Manager Interview

If you successfully pass the first stage, you will move on to the second interview, which typically lasts about one hour. In this interview, you will meet with the hiring manager, who will delve deeper into your technical skills and experience. This discussion will include specific responsibilities of the role and an assessment of your cultural fit within the team. Importantly, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the team, company culture, and any other aspects of the role that interest you. The outcome of this interview will help us understand how well you align with the position and our team dynamics.

Final Interview

The final stage of the interview process involves a one-on-one interview with our Director. This interview will last approximately 45 minutes and will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your aspirations and how they align with the company's vision. The Director will evaluate your leadership potential, strategic thinking, and cultural fit within our organization. This is also a valuable opportunity for you to ask high-level questions about our goals and future initiatives.

Job Offer

If you successfully pass through all interview stages, we will extend a formal job offer. This offer will include details such as salary, benefits, and other relevant employment conditions. You will have the opportunity to review the offer and discuss any questions you may have with our HR team. We are committed to ensuring that you feel confident and excited about joining our team.

Onboarding

Once you accept the offer, we will begin the onboarding process. Our onboarding program is designed to help you acclimate to our company culture and processes effectively. You will receive essential training, resources, and support to set you up for success in your new role. Additionally, you will have the chance to meet your colleagues and learn about ongoing projects. Our goal is to make your transition as smooth as possible.

I began my journey with Olympus as part of the sales team in 2018. Since transitioning to OMDS, I’ve embraced a new role on the Marketing team, where I manage events, tradeshows, ambassadors, and online education for our customers. Over my time at OMDS, I’ve evolved through several roles, including customer engagement and marketing management.

Today, I lead a team of four employees and oversee our business-to-consumer marketplaces and advertising programs. I absolutely love my role, as it allows me to collaborate with various parts of our team and engage in diverse projects.

The opportunity for growth and continuous learning has been instrumental in keeping me engaged and motivated. I deeply value the incredible people I work with and I’m excited about the future and look forward to the years ahead!

Mishalla Amendolara (USA)

Senior Manager, Digital Sales & Marketing  

I started my journey with OMDS as a Territory Manager for the DACH region. After just 1,5 years, I transitioned to the role of International Account Manager for PRO Audio, expanding my focus to key markets like Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Australia. One of the most exiting milestones in my journey was stepping into a leadership role, where I had the opportunity to mentor and guide a team member.

This journey has helped me grow both technically and strategically, with a focus on IT infrastructure, AI, and cross-regional collaboration. The trust to work independently and manage national and international projects has been incredibly rewarding. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and offering tailored solutions has been my greatest motivation—and the key to my success.

Denis Degenhardt (Germany)

My career with OMDS began as a working student in the Digital Sales team while I was completing my master’s degree. After graduating, I transitioned into a full-time role as a Campaign Performance Coordinator and, last year, I was promoted to Campaign Performance Specialist. In this role, I’ve expanded my responsibilities and now also mentor a working student.

My work involves managing and optimizing campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Amazon Ads for the European market. I also oversee price comparison platforms and conduct audience research to ensure our strategies reach the right people.

What I enjoy most about my role is the balance of analytical thinking and creativity. Seeing immediate results from campaign changes is especially rewarding, and the ever-evolving nature of digital advertising keeps the work exciting.

Shirin Vojnovic (Germany)

 When I joined OMDS in August 2022, I began in project management but quickly transitioned to IT, driven by my passion for data and technology. OMDS has been instrumental in my growth, providing access to cutting-edge courses and tools that have transformed my skills.

In June 2023, I stepped into the role of Team Lead, a challenging yet rewarding position that has allowed me to develop my leadership abilities with the support of my manager and team. 

What I love most is the variety in my role—whether analyzing reports, working on integrations, exploring new technologies, or solving customer issues, no two days are the same. Working at OMDS also offers the incredible opportunity to collaborate with people worldwide, enriching my cultural understanding and language skills.

I’m deeply grateful for the chance to grow and contribute in such a dynamic and supportive environment.

Very pleasant first interview
The recruiter I spoke with was very friendly and engaged. We had a very pleasant conversation about my work history and qualification. I came into the interview already knowing quite a bit about the company, so there were very few questions that needed to be answered. As an improvement, it would be good for the interviewer to know a little more about the function of the role, as some of my questions about the job were not really answered, and I was told that I would have to ask the hiring manager if I advanced in the process. Overall, an efficient and positive interaction.
