Account Manager

OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for an Account Manager, who manages the sales of products within an assigned territory achieving established sales volume and dealer coverage objectives in East Cost (US) and Canada.

What you'll do:

  •      Manages relationship with OM SYSTEM’s authorized photo specialty accounts
  •      Analyze existing account performance, sales potential, and territorial coverage requirements.
  •      Prepares and recommends selling expense budgets for review and get approval by manager. Operates within the MDF guidelines and approved budgets.
  •      Plans and conducts sales calls in keeping with established call frequency to properly service account portfolio and develop new accounts.
  •      Maintains awareness of all policies related to shipping charges, inventory balancing, terms of payment, advertising rebates, return authorizations, and other related terms. Conducts all sales activity in strict adherence to guidelines published.
  •      Performs assigned responsibilities within established budgets and in accordance with reimbursable expense policies.
  •      Submits required call reports, sell through, market intelligence reports, and any other data requested by management.
  •      Solves problems with individual dealers in conjunction with senior key account manager.

Other:

  •        Working closely with members of the Sales & Marketing Department and bring any issues or major achievements to the attention of the Senior key account sales Manager.
  •        Perform other duties as assigned.
  •        Any ad hoc work/projects as required by Senior Management.

   

    What you'll do:

  •        Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  •        High level of technical photographic knowledge.
  •        Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
  •        A creative thinker to overcome customer objections.
  •        Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever changing conditions.
  •        Be willing to travel away from home office within the assigned territory which will include    overnight stays. Events, Demos, and Dealer Training may include some evenings and   weekends.
  •       Keen communication and listening skills.
  •       Two to three years’ experience in sales and marketing of consumer products.
  •       Computer skills related to the Microsoft Office suite, email, Internet with database knowledge a plus.
