HR Business Partner – Commercial EMEA

OM Digital Solutions is seeking a HR Business Partner – Commercial EMEA to play a key role in shaping the success of our commercial teams in EMEA. In this position, you will serve as the dedicated HR partner for Marketing, Sales, Digital Sales, and Product Management, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the entire commercial organization EMEA. You will drive people-focused initiatives that enhance commercial performance, build capabilities, and strengthen organizational effectiveness—while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders with a strong commercial mindset. 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Acting as the primary HR contact for all commercial departments in EMEA, providing day-to-day HR support and strategic partnership
  • Advising and supporting commercial leaders on organizational design, development, performance management, employee engagement, and team effectiveness
  • Managing the full employee life-cycle for commercial roles, including onboarding, job changes, and exits
  • Leading recruiting efforts for Marketing, Sales, Digital Sales, and Product Management positions
  • Supporting talent management, succession planning, and capability building specifically for commercial skill sets
  • Identifying capability gaps and defining training and development initiatives tailored to commercial functions
  • Supporting or leading HR projects focused on performance culture, change management, and organizational development
  • Preparing HR analysis, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Aligning HR policies, communication, and processes across EMEA & Americas
  • Facilitating collaboration with external partners (payroll, consultants, training providers)
  • Supporting the implementation of commercial development programs and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate standards across relevant markets

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • Solid HR generalist/HR business partner experience, ideally in international environments
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital Sales, Product Management, or as a Sales Trainer is highly beneficial
  • Ability to understand commercial processes, structures, and business drivers in depth
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies
  • Confident advisor able to challenge and support managers effectively
  • Experience in recruiting commercial profiles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on and solution-focused approach
  • Experience with talent management, succession planning, and capability development
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data
  • Works council or labor relations experience is an advantage
  • Languages: English mandatory; additional European languages are a plus
